It doesn't always have to be an expensive hotel room – that's the motto of our family-run business. My accommodation, a complete apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet, is well-suited for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and solo adventurers who want to explore the city. It's very important to us that our guests have everything they need during their stay and feel completely comfortable. Each apartment has its own separate entrance from the stairwell. Therefore, my apartments are ideally suited to the currently crucial measures in the fight against the coronavirus. Privacy within the family is guaranteed. A great place to relax after an exciting exploration of our cultural city, Vienna. In the 15th district, we offer Vienna visitors well-located vacation apartments with a cozy atmosphere. Our check-in/out process is contactless and completely straightforward using a personal code that can be entered directly on the door handle of the respective apartment door. (See the ÖBB timetable information.) The Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) website (Scotty) – accessible online (please remember to enter .at for Austria) – provides a clear route planner for public transport. With just a few clicks, you can conveniently plan your journey from home, door to door. Our holiday apartments in the 15th district are located near the Westbahnhof train station and less than 2 km from Schönbrunn Palace.

You can check in from 2:00 PM on your arrival day. Our check-in/out is contactless and completely hassle-free using a code lock. The apartments are generally accessible 24/7 without additional charges. Check-in is 100% flexible. You can check in at any time of day or night and don't have to wait for someone to arrive and unlock the door.
The personal code can be entered directly at the entrance and the respective apartment door.
Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. For longer stays, an interim cleaning including linen change is available upon request for the final cleaning fee of €25.00.
Arrival by car:
Please note, the apartment is located in a paid short-term parking zone! Parking fees apply Monday through Friday. Parking tickets are available only at tobacconists or gas stations. Alternatively, you can book parking tickets online at "Handyparken Wien" (Mobile Parking Vienna). The maximum parking time during this period is 2 hours. Parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays directly in front of the building. There are also Park & Ride facilities nearby where you can park your car at a reasonable price. The U4-Center - Vienna | APCOA parking garage is a convenient and affordable option. Address: Schönbrunner Straße 222-228, 1120 Vienna.
Arrival by train:
From Vienna Central Station: Tram line 18 towards Burggasse-Stadthalle to the Gumpendorferstraße stop (from there, an 8-minute walk) or continue by bus line 57A towards Anschützgasse/Bhf.Rudolfsheim to the Stiegergasse stop (from there, a 3-minute walk). From Vienna West Station: Tram line 52 towards Baumgarten and/or tram line 60 towards Rodaun to the Mariahilferstraße/Geibelgasse stop (from there, an 8-minute walk).
Arrival by plane:
Vienna-Schwechat Airport: By train (ÖBB) one stop to Vienna Central Station, then tram line 18 towards Burggasse-Stadthalle to the Gumpendorferstraße stop (from there, an 8-minute walk) or continue by bus line 57A towards Anschützgasse/Bhf.Rudolfsheim to the Stiegergasse stop (from there, a 3-minute walk). By train (CAT) to Wien Mitte, then U4 to Längenfeldgasse, then bus. Take bus 12A towards Schmelz/Gablenzgasse to the Stiegergasse stop (from there it's just a 3-minute walk). Alternatively, take the bus from the airport to Westbahnhof (West Train Station), which takes 40 minutes (then take tram 52 or 60 for two stops, approximately 3 minutes, and get off at Geibelgasse). From there it's just an 8-minute walk. A taxi ride takes approximately 35 minutes.
Location:
Schönbrunn Palace and Zoo are about a 10-15 minute walk away. The Längenfeldgasse U4/U6 metro station is about a 3-minute walk, and the Westbahn City train station with its numerous connections is also about a 10-15 minute walk away. The U3/U6 metro lines and various tram lines are in the immediate vicinity. For example, the U3 metro ride from Westbahnhof to the city center takes about 8 minutes.
