How does street parking in front of the apartment work?
Short-term parking zones are in effect throughout Vienna. This means the following for the streets around our apartments:
- Monday to Friday (weekdays): Parking is subject to charges from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The maximum parking time is 2 hours.
Weekends & Public Holidays: On-street parking is free from Friday 10:00 PM to Monday 9:00 AM.

Important: You need a parking ticket from the first minute of parking during the week. Free 15-minute parking tickets are available for short stops (e.g., to unload luggage), but these cannot be combined with regular parking tickets.

Where can I get parking tickets?

You can purchase parking tickets at any tobacconist in Vienna. You can find a list of nearby tobacconists on Google Maps or directly on the City of Vienna's website.
What parking garages or long-term parking lots are nearby?
If you plan to leave your vehicle parked for longer than 2 hours (or more than 24 hours), we strongly recommend using a garage or parking space. The nearest option is:
- U4-Center Parking Garage (Affordable long-term parking – approx. 10-minute walk):
For longer stays, we recommend the parking garage at the U4-Center-Vienna (Schönbrunner Straße 222-228, 1120 Vienna), operated by APCOA.

How does the booking process and preparation for my arrival work?

After your successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Well before your arrival, we will send you your personal six-digit access code (followed by a # symbol) and the link to your digital guest directory. With this information, you'll be well-prepared and can look forward to a relaxed arrival. No further communication with us is necessary beforehand.
Do I always need the access code during my stay?

No, we've made it even more convenient for you!

Once you've checked in, you'll find a handy key fob in your apartment. With this fob, you can easily open the building's main entrance door and your apartment door with a simple touch sensor throughout your stay. This way, you don't have to remember the access code when you're out and about in the city.
From when can I check in and how does the process work?
Your stay with us begins flexibly from 2:00 PM on your arrival day.
Since we use a modern, keyless access system, you are not bound by fixed reception hours and can check in at any time – even late in the evening.
It's this easy:
- You will receive your personal access code from us shortly before your arrival.
- With this code, you have unrestricted access to the building entrance and your booked apartment from 2:00 PM onwards.
- All further details (such as the Wi-Fi password, house rules, and tips for the surrounding area) can be found directly in your digital guest directory, the link to which we will also send you.
On your departure day, the apartment is available to you until 11:00 AM.
How does check-out (departure) work?
Our "Quick Check-out" is completely hassle-free for you:
- Please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM on your departure day.
- Your access code will automatically expire at this time.
- Simply drop the key fob into the black box by the front door when you leave the building.
There's no need to check out in person or wait for someone to return the keys.
